Late Arrivals, Cancellations and No-Show Policy First, please try to arrive only a few minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes early, please wait a few minutes, or text to 250-859-0394 to see if you can start your appointment a little earlier. Please avoid ringing the doorbell if you are more than 5 minutes early as it's highly likely that I am still with a client.
- Late Arrivals: Life happens and undoubtedly there will be times that you are running late for your appointment but please know that services are booked for a specific amount of time only, and there is usually a client right after you. Depending how late you are running, and the service you have booked, you might be asked to reschedule your appointment and will be charged 50% of the missed appointment. For lash fills, you may not get a full fill, just what there is enough time for after you arrive.
- Last Minute Cancellations: Appointments can be cancelled online through your Vagaro account up to 2 hours prior to your appointment with no-penalty. If you wish to cancel less than 2 hours before your appointment, please reach out at 250-859-0394. Some services require a deposit to be paid. The terms of that deposit are outlined upon payment. For all other services, a fee may be charged depending on the circumstances (e.g. time of cancellation, length of service, history of last minute cancellations, whether or not I can fill the spot with someone else).
- No-Shows: If you are unable to make your appointment please be courteous and let me know ahead of time. If you do not show up for an appointment and do not let me know that you will not be coming, and then wish to book again in the future, you will be required to pay in full for the missed appointment and pre-pay in full for the next appointment. My prices are some of the lowest in the Okanagan and I can only keep them that way if people attend their booked appointments. No-shows or late cancellations means I may have to increase prices in the future.
Patch Tests Patch tests are available for ALL products used at Kelowna Esthetics Studio including those used for lash lifts, tints, brow lamination, eyelash extensions, etc. A patch test is highly recommended at least 48 hours before the service to ensure there is no allergic reaction. You will be required to sign a waiver stating that you are aware that a patch test was available to you. Thank you!
