Hi! My name is Becca, owner of Kelowna Esthetics Studio. Originally from the UK, I decided to go travelling in 2004 and left my job, home and family to embark on a one year, around the world, once-in-a lifetime trip. But I never moved back! On my travels, I met a boy in Fiji, went to Australia with him, fell in love, moved to Canada, had a baby, got married, and got divorced. That baby is now a feisty teenager, and sure keeps me on my toes!
My background has always been in Marketing, but I found myself wanting to own and operate my own business. I had a lot of time on my hands with only one child who I share half and half with her dad. So, I enrolled at MC College and learned the art of lash extensions, waxing, lash lifts and tints, semi-permanent mascara and more! I opened the doors to my business (well, my home as it's a home-based business) in 2016, and operated on a part-time basis, evening and weekends, alongside my 9-5.
Finally in Jan 2019, I took the plunge and decided it was time to take my business full-time! The best part about owning and operating an esthetics business is taking pride in your work and providing the absolute best possible service. I love getting a new 5* review, I love clients leaving with a smile on their face, and I love that I am able to provide affordable esthetics services in West Kelowna.
