Late Arrivals and No-Show Policy First, please try to arrive only a few minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes early, please wait a few minutes, or text to 250-859-0394 to see if you can start your appointment a little earlier. Please avoid ringing the doorbell if you are more than 5 minutes early as it's highly likely that I am still with a client.
Life happens and undoubtedly there will be times that you are running late for your appointment but please know that services are booked for a specific amount of time only, and there is usually a client right after you. Depending how late you are running, and the service you have booked, you might be asked to reschedule your appointment. For lash fills, you may not get a full fill, just what there is enough time for after you arrive.
If you are unable to make your appointment please be courteous and let me know ahead of time. For regular clients, one no-show or last minute cancellation (within 30 minutes of the appointment) is acceptable before either a no-show fee is assessed or further bookings are no longer accepted. For a new client who does not show for their first appointment, full pre-payment is required for the next booking as well as a no-show fee.
By letting me know with as much time as possible that you will not be attending your appointment, I can possibly fill the opening with another client. If you do not show, or only let me know within 30 minutes that you won't be coming to your appointment, it's too late to fill that spot.
